Hello, Everyone.
Though the message here is for Japanese new graduates, it’s really touchy so we’d like to translate toward overseas audiences.

To Japanese young people,

What I’m going to say might be a little rude but I feel sorry for Japanese young people who will join in society as a new graduate because Japan is such a horrible situation at present.

Japan’s prosperity has ended and it’s the era of falling into decline.
Extreme aging society, huge amount of debt of government, tension in diplomatic issues and so on…. These problems seem to be unsolved for years to come and many people might feel that we cannot find the exit.

However, I assume that the solution breaking out the current situation still remains.

That is, I think, Japanese people need to be aware that “Japan is one of the members in the world society.”

We tend to think that Japanese manufacturing is just for inner market but now we have to change our old mind. The new point of view, which is manufacturing for markets and people in outer world is necessary for Japanese companies and also individuals.

“Japan is one of the important members in the world.”
I believe the awareness will be a key to change Japan’s current situation drastically.

TOSHIMA is a manufacturing firm that possesses the highest level of technology in Japan. That means, our technology is required from the world, not only makers in Japan.

Imagine, letting overseas makers and manufacturers know about our company and then we contribute to the global development using our special technology!
If you can positively switch your mind like that, it’s going to be great and valuable working age.

Our company theme in 2016 is, “Enjoy your challange for the future!”
We never give up and ever stop making efforts for our future.
We are looking forward to seeing such mates.
